My Lenovo 3000 won’t turn on. Why is it doing this and what do I do?
The Lenovo 3000 won’t turn on. The green power light is on, but there is only a black screen. Nothing ever showed up at all. I also figured out from my little brother who was previously playing on it that it ran out of battery and shut down. Then he recharged it and played on it again. He shut it down the normal way- go into the menu and press shut down. But now all of a sudden, this black screen has been there since, and it’s not in hibernate or sleep mode. What do I do? It’s a brand new laptop- only 5 months old. What could possibly be wrong with it? I tried including as much information as possible above. Help me, please!
something couldve happened to the Operating System. Did it come with a disc of any kind? usually the company will supply you with a CD that in case you have to reinstall the os for some reason, you can do it right off that disc. Turn the computer on>put the disc in>press the power button to turn it back off> then turn it back on with the disc still inside. Hope this helps!
