Laptop suddenly not working on the battery (charged) ?
My Lenovo laptop which was working satisfsctorily till now is suddenly not working on the battery. It is required to be operated with power supply through adaptor.
The battery shows that it is fully charged(97%) on power meter in Power tab under Screensaver but the laptop does not turn on with the battery. What could be the problem?
The battery is 2 yrs old; it came with the laptop wen I purchased it then. I have been using laptop for average 2 hrs a day.
Does charging battery for a small time, by mistake, after its full cause any damage to it ??
hi, Try using this: Turn off your computer and pull the battery out. Plug the power adapter to your laptop and hold for 10 minutes. Turn ON your laptop and put the battery in after the desktop seems to be appeared.
Always use your laptop on electric power. Battery is just a secondary option.
Buy a cooling pad for your laptop and always keep the adapter in open air.
